Hand on Water produces systems for sustainable seawater desalination.

Using old but still functional photovoltaic cells, we produce fresh water for crop irrigation on an industrial scale. These systems are used in areas where successful harvesting is jeopardised by drought. Hand on Water guarantees the harvest and thus also the livelihood of the farmers, communities and regions affected. We use low-tech, large-scale technology to create an affordable solution for people’s security of supply.

The cycle of water and life are one.
We will continue to provide sufficient fresh water in the future …
