What we offer

Our mission becomes visible

Over the past weeks, we have been working intensively on our communication, and we are excited to share our new flyer, which presents our vision, our mission and our work more clearly than ever before.

Areas of application for our systems

From national parks and wildlife reserves to permaculture and agriculture, and all the way to cities, households and industry:
wherever water is lacking, Hand on Water can make a difference.

Every field that turns green again is a piece of future we reclaim.
Our systems give families security, protect harvests and allow nature to revive.
More food. More jobs. More hope.

We reduce the consumption of drinking water. Today, we use high quality drinking water for flushing toilets, washing cars, watering gardens and even for simple cleaning tasks.

There is a better way.

Water is the foundation of all agricultural production, yet our planet has only limited water capacity.
One in six people already lives in an area with severe water scarcity. Seventy percent of the world’s freshwater consumption is used for agriculture, and by the year 2030, demand will far exceed supply.
As the world becomes drier, it is up to us to restore the balance of water for both land and life.

Our mission shows how we do this.
Hand on Water turns seawater into freshwater using the power of the sun.
Simple. Scalable. Sustainable.
Our systems give communities, coastal regions and agricultural operations the ability to create their own source of fresh water.
We work with second hand PV cells, a low cost and widely available resource found around the world.
Our systems are energy autonomous, locally manufacturable, scalable and built for long term durability while being fully recyclable.
